2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our digital manuals. You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • You did not receive your download: The link didn't arrive, and we couldn't provide a working link within 24 hours.

  • The file is defective: The manual is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we cannot replace it.

  • Incorrect description: The manual does not match the vehicle, model, or year listed on our product page.

  • Accidental duplicate: You purchased the exact same manual twice by mistake.

3. Orders Not Yet Downloaded

If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Exceptions: Because digital files cannot be physically "returned," we cannot offer refunds solely for a change of mind if you have already successfully downloaded a complete, working manual that matches its description.

We will review your request within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within our 14-day processing window and will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU, US, Canadian, or Australian law). For EU Customers: By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This does not affect your 30-day guarantee for defective or misdescribed content.
